Shipping & Delivery
Kampala Deliveries:
Delivery within Kampala ranges between UGX 5,000 – 15,000, depending on your location.
Free Delivery:
Orders above UGX 500,000 qualify for free delivery.
Upcountry Deliveries:
For customers outside Kampala, payment for the items and delivery must be sent via mobile money to facilitate transport via bus or taxi. A receipt is issued upon dispatch, and the client presents it at the respective bus/taxi terminal to collect their package.
Dispatch Timelines:
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6 PM (EAT) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 6 PM are dispatched on the next business day unless otherwise.
Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
Refunds:
We do not offer cash refunds. However, customers may exchange their item for another product of equal value from the same category, as guided by our team.
